Lotto88 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Registering more than one account by the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without a refund of any remaining balance. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date whenever changes occur.
Password Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure. lotto88 recommends using a strong password and never sharing your login details with anyone. All activity that occurs on your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the lotto88 support team immediately at [email protected].
Identity Verification
The platform reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals or when suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the transaction being placed on hold while an investigation is conducted.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the lotto88 platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or cause damage to the platform's systems or infrastructure.

4. Payment & Transaction Information
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the lotto88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made using payment methods supported by the platform. Any foreign currency conversion fees or bank charges are solely the user's responsibility and will not be borne by the platform.
Deposit
Deposits successfully credited to an account cannot be reversed once the transaction is confirmed. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as displayed in the platform's wallet section at the time of the transaction. lotto88 is not liable for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with established procedures. Users may be required to complete an identity verification process before their first withdrawal or before withdrawals exceeding a certain limit are approved. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals if there is reasonable cause to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of terms.
Account Balance
The balance in a lotto88 account is not cash until a withdrawal has been successfully processed. The platform does not offer interest on balances held in accounts. Should an account be closed due to a breach of terms, the balance may not be returned, subject to the outcome of an investigation.

Intellectual Property
All content on the lotto88 platform, including logos, designs, text, images, software code, and brand names, is the property of lotto88 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any of these elements without prior written consent from lotto88.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Lotto88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or any action that compromises the integrity of the platform. Users whose accounts have been suspended may contact customer support for clarification. The platform's decision is final in all matters relating to account management.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for the convenience of users. lotto88 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
